| Sanctuary and Solidarity: 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. (PT) 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. (MT) 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. (CT) |
All interested members are invited to a CTSA-sponsored panel and conversation
on the lived experience of lost employment, the ethics of worker justice amid financial strictures
at Catholic universities, and the possibilities for theology's place outside the academy.
Catholic Social Teaching strongly defends migration as a human right, a right which is under acute and heightened threat in our present political context. Our panelists will consider how Catholics can apply the principles of CST into actionable practice. In other words, how can we shift from theoretical to practical sanctuary and solidarity? |
